The III All-Russian Competition of Young Composers "Score"

The All-Russian Competition for Young Performers "Score" is the largest composers' competition in Russia, providing a strong start for young composers who are now an integral part of contemporary Russian musical culture.
The competition includes eight categories:
"Large-Scale Symphonic Work";
"Small-Scale Symphonic Work";
"Ballet Music";
"Opera";
"Film Music";
"Work for One or More Instruments/Voices with Orchestra";
"Pop-Symphonic Work, Operetta Music, and Musical";
"Choral Music".
The competition is held by the Foundation for Innovative Development of Culture, Education, and Science (FIRKON) in partnership with the Orpheus Television and Radio Broadcasting Center, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, and the Union of Composers of Russia, with the support of the Presidential Foundation for Cultural Initiatives. The general partner is the Russian Musical Society.
