Orpheus Radio and the Senator's Club of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia present the program "Notes for my son" prepared whithin the framework of the project "Music at the Top".

Vladimir Presnyakov (senior) is a hereditary musician, Merited Artist of Russia, laureate of international festivals and competitions, composer and arranger and an outstanding saxophonist. Vladimir wrote hundreds of songs performed by Russian pop stars, such as Alla Pugacheva, Lev Leshchenko, Alexei Glyzin, Larisa Dolina, Mikhail Boyarsky, Alexander Gradsky, Vladimir Kuzmin, Igor Nikolaev, Vladimir Presnyakov Jr., Alexander Barykin, Kristina Orbakaite, the "Samotsvety" ensemble and others.

The program "Notes for my son" was prepared on the basis of the disc of the Ray Records publishing company. To date, Presnyakov Sr. has created many wonderful compositions, diverse in their style: gentle and lyrical music, jazz melodies, as well as beautiful music for the piano. All his work is permeated with feelings, warmth and love!

This evening, popular jazz musicians share the stage with Vladimir Presnyakov. The outstanding jazz pianist Yevgeny Borets, one of the leading composers and arrangers of the Russian jazz scene, plays the piano. The double bass part is performed by Sergei Khutas - musician, composer and arranger. And the author of lyrical piano music Vladimir Presnyakov competes with well-known jazz musicians on the saxophone.
