Diary of the III Interregional Open Competition of Performers on String Instruments named after V. Ya. Shpet. Day Four

The III Interregional Open Competition of Performers on String Instruments named after V. Ya. Shpet will be held in Omsk from February 7 to 15, 2026, and opens the official program of "Omsk – Cultural Capital of Russia – 2026."

The Orpheus media platform presents daily coverage of the competition's events, along with interviews with jury members and competitors.

The competition aims to enhance the performance skills of students in educational institutions offering additional pre-professional and vocational education and to support talented young musicians and their teachers. Participants (ages 7 to 23) specializing in violin, viola, and cello are welcome to participate.
