Diary of the III Interregional Open Competition of Performers on Stringed Instruments named after V. Ya. Shpet. Day Seven

The 3rd Interregional Open Competition of Performers on Stringed Instruments named after V. Ya. Shpet will be held in Omsk from February 7 to 15, 2026, and will open the official program of "Omsk – Cultural Capital of Russia – 2026."

The Orpheus media platform presents daily coverage of the competition's events, as well as interviews with jury members and competitors.

The competition aims to enhance the performance skills of students of additional pre-professional and vocational education institutions and to support talented young musicians and their teachers. Participants (aged 7 to 23) specializing in violin, viola, and cello are welcome.
