Mstaer Class by Boris Andrianov

From March 29 to March 31, 2024, the II All-Russian Cello Academy was held at Moscow musical theater “Helikon-Opera” - an educational event for professional performers, students and graduates of music educational institutions in the cello class.

Within the framework of the Academy, 10 open master classes by famous cellists, presentations by professionals on topics relevant to musicians, and a final concert were held with the participation of all teachers and students who took part in the Academy’s master classes.

On March 29 at 14:30 in the Blue Hall a master class was held by Boris Andrianov, cellist, laureate of the International Competition. P.I. Tchaikovsky, teacher at Moscow State Conservatory. P.I. Tchaikovsky, Honored Artist of Russia.

Boris Anatolyevich is a graduate of the Moscow Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky and the Hans Eisler Higher School of Music (Germany). At the age of 16 he became a laureate of the first International Youth Competition named after. P.I. Tchaikovsky. Winner of many prestigious international competitions. Art director of the only cello music festival in Russia VIVACELLO, as well as the ideological inspirer and leader of the “Generation of Stars” project, within the framework of which concerts of young talented musicians are held.

Since 2009 he has been teaching at the Moscow Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky. He performs extensively with symphony and chamber orchestras in the best halls of Russia, as well as at the most famous concert venues in the world, and participates in international festivals. Awarded the Russian Government Prize in the field of culture.
