For the second year in a row, the Denis Matsuev Summer Festival will be the country's largest open-air classical music festival. In the very heart of ancient Suzdal, the white—stone Kremlin, eight concerts of academic and jazz music will take place on a new stage with the participation of Denis Matsuev, leading Russian ensembles, world—renowned soloists and rising stars of the performing arts.

Among the participants of the festival are the State Orchestra of the Republic of Tatarstan under the direction of Alexander Sladkovsky, the Russian National Youth Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Valery Gergiev, Ivan Nikiforchin and Alexey Rubin, the Vladimir Gubernatorial Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Vasilisa Markina and Oleg Khudyakov, the Stradivarius Ensemble of the Mariinsky Theater under the direction of Lorenz Nasturik–Gershovici, Denis Matsuev, Hibla Gerzmava, Ildar Abdrazakov, Christophe Barati and other stars of the academic and jazz scene, as well as young soloists– are laureates of international competitions.

The program of the third day of the festival will feature works by A. Dvorak, C. Saint-Saens, J. Massenet, P.I. Tchaikovsky and F.Mendelssohn.

J. Massenet. "Reflection" from the opera "Thais" for violin and orchestra;

P.I. Tchaikovsky. "Reflection" and Waltz-Scherzo for violin and orchestra;

C. Saint-Saens. Concerto No. 1 for cello and orchestra;

C. Saint-Saens. Concerto No. 2 for piano and orchestra;

F. Mendelssohn. Concerto No. 1 for piano and orchestra.
