Victory Peers. My Song Will Fill the Country Like the Wind
On April 28, the "Victory Peers" festival was opened by the legendary Silantiev Orchestra.
Not a single concert on the Central Television of the Soviet Union took place without the participation of this group. All outstanding Soviet composers trusted the orchestra with the premieres of their works: Alexandra Pakhmutova, David Tukhmanov, Arno Babadzhanyan, Eduard Kolmanovsky, Mark Fradkin, Nikita Bogoslovsky and other classics of the song genre. The most popular artists performed with the orchestra: Muslim Magomayev, Iosif Kobzon, Lev Leshchenko, Renat Ibragimov. The orchestra will present a festive program "I will fill the country with song, like the wind", which includes works by Isaak Dunaevsky, Eduard Artemyev, Alexandra Pakhmutova - music that we recognize from the first notes!
