Verbier Festival. Gringolts. Mörk. Trifonov
Every year during the summer months, the Swiss village of Verbier hosts an international music festival where the world's best musicians present works by classical composers.
In 2015, the festival included a concert featuring Ilya Gringolts (violin), Truls Mørk (cello), and Daniil Trifonov (piano). For their performance at the festival, the musicians chose works by Ludwig van Beethoven, Franz Schubert
and Johannes Brahms, three famous German composers of the late 18th and early 19th centuries, written specifically for these three instruments.
