The film tells about the childhood of this boy-wonder and genius, about his studies with his father and older sister Maria Anna (nicknamed 'Nannerl'), about his parents' house with the creaking of wooden floorboards and the sounds of the bells of Salzburg churches and cathedrals. The film shows Mozart's childhood as an anticipation of his brilliant but short life.
