Gala closing of the World of Classical Romance Festival

The closing gala is the culmination of the festival, a festive extravaganza consisting of romances that have become truly popular.

The concert included popular vocal miniatures by famous composers, and single pearls of almost forgotten authors. The compositions of idols of the past centuries – Glinka, Rachmaninov, Rimsky-Korsakov, Tchaikovsky, and our recently departed contemporaries – Slonimsky, Gavrilin, Sviridov - will be performed.

On the stage of the Chapel this evening, an international cast of star vocalists: People's Artist of Russia Nikolai Kopylov, Honored Artist of Russia Svetlana Shilova, soloist of the Bolshoi Theater Venera Gimadieva, Honored Artist of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Zhalilov, Honored Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, soloist of the Mariinsky Theater Viktor Korotich, soloist of the Stanislavsky Moscow Academic Musical Theater and Vl.And. Nemirovich-Danchenko Daria Terekhova, soloists of the Mariinsky Theater Vyacheslav Vasiliev, Ekaterina Shimanovich and Natalia Evstafyeva, soloist of the Alisher Navoi State Academic Bolshoi Theater of Uzbekistan Otabek Nazirov, guest soloist of the Azerbaijan Philharmonic Fidan Fry, as well as the president of the Festival, laureate of international competitions, Miss Universe Oksana Fedorova and professor of the Beijing Conservatory Zhao Yunhong.
